Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited has disclosed the initial acquisition of 105,400 of its ordinary shares by 1947 Trustee Limited, a trustee for the 1947 Trust which includes the company’s Executive Directors as beneficiaries. The shares were purchased through a series of transactions on the Singapore Exchange, amounting to a total of US$3,945,264.91. This notification is in line with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority requirements.
