JAPAN POST INSURANCE Co., Ltd. reported a significant increase in ordinary profit by 57.5% year on year, despite a marginal decline in net income due to the neutralization of capital gains. The company saw a sharp rise in new individual insurance policies by 133.6%, although the total number of policies in force showed a slight decrease. Additionally, the Embedded Value (EV) of the company experienced a modest growth of 0.4%.
