Japan Hotel Reit Investment (JP:8985) has released an update.
Japan Hotel REIT Investment Corporation (JHR) has announced the issuance of new investment units, with 451,641 units offered publicly and an additional 33,459 units available for overseas underwriters. The public offering will contribute to the acquisition of several hospitality assets, with the remainder of the funds earmarked for future acquisitions and property enhancements. The total number of investment units will reach 5,097,006 units after the offering and the third-party allotment.
