JanOne Inc. has officially rebranded to ALT5 Sigma Corporation and has altered its Nasdaq ticker symbol from “JAN” to “ALTS”. The process was completed through a merger with a subsidiary created specifically for this transition, which didn’t require stockholder approval. Accompanying the corporate metamorphosis, the company’s website also transitioned to a new domain to match its new identity. This strategic move is announced to the public through a press release, signifying a new chapter for the organization in the financial market.
