James Hardie (AU:JHX) has released an update.
James Hardie Industries plc has announced that Bennelong Funds Management Group Pty Ltd (BFMG) has ceased to be a substantial holder in the company, dropping from a 3.97% to a 2.9% shareholding. The change was disclosed in compliance with the ASX Listing Rule 3.17.3 and the Companies Act 2014, reflecting a decrease in BFMG’s held shares from over 17 million to approximately 12.6 million.
