James Hardie (AU:JHX) has released an update.
James Hardie Industries plc has announced a change in director Renee Peterson’s interest, following an acquisition of 1,355 additional American Depository Receipts (ADRs) valued at US$42,262.45. This transaction was conducted under the James Hardie 2020 Non-Executive Director Equity Plan, increasing Peterson’s direct holdings to 3,611 ADRs. No changes in director’s interests in contracts were reported.
