James Hardie Industries plc Director Peter-John Davis increased his stake in the company, acquiring 456 additional ordinary shares/CUFS at a value of A$21,650.88, as per the terms of the James Hardie 2020 Non-Executive Director Equity Plan. Following the transaction, Davis now holds a total of 2,491 shares. The change in director’s interest has been reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rules.
