James Hardie (AU:JHX) has released an update.
James Hardie Industries plc Director Persio Lisboa has increased his direct interest in the company through the acquisition of 595 additional American Depository Receipts (ADRs), valued at US$18,558.05. Following this transaction, Lisboa now holds a total of 7,856 ADRs directly, with an indirect interest remaining at 12,174 ADRs held through Merrill Lynch. These changes are part of the James Hardie 2020 Non-Executive Director Equity Plan.
