James E. Ferrell has resumed his role as Chairman of Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. following a temporary leave of absence due to health reasons, marking the end of his Executive Chairman Agreement. During his leave, he maintained regular communication with Michael F. Morrissey, who presided over Board meetings. Upon his return, the Board re-appointed Ferrell as Chairman and established an Office of the Chair to advise on strategic and operational matters, appointing Morrissey as Vice Chairman with authority to act in Ferrell’s absence.
