JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. has decided to distribute interim dividends for the first time, set at ¥32 per share, aiming to enhance shareholder returns starting from the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The record date for these dividends is September 30, 2024, with a policy in place to maintain annual dividend payouts at a minimum of 3% of shareholder equity or 50% of net income. The company plans to propose an amendment for annual interim dividends at the 2025 shareholders’ meeting.
