Jafco Co has successfully completed the disposal of 84,204 treasury shares today as part of its Restricted Stock Compensation Plan, which was previously resolved by the Board of Directors. These shares, allotted to directors and corporate officers, have been priced at ¥1,985.5 per share, totaling ¥167,187,042 in value. The move is aimed at compensating key company personnel through equity stake.
