Jackson Financial Announces CFO Transition and Future Outlook

Jackson Financial Incorporation (JXN) has released an update.

Marcia Wadsten will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on June 3, 2024, after 32 years with the company, and is expected to serve as an advisor thereafter to ensure a smooth transition. Don Cummings is slated to become the new CFO, bringing experience from his role as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller since 2020, and prior finance positions at Fortitude Reinsurance and AIG.
