JPGA Partners Pty Ltd, through its subsidiary J-POWER Nominee, has proposed an off-market takeover bid for all shares of Genex Power Limited that it doesn’t already own. As of the latest disclosure, J-POWER Nominee’s interest in Genex shares has increased to 13.56%. The takeover is subject to certain conditions, including the acquisition of at least 40% of Genex shares and the offer becoming unconditional as outlined in the transaction booklet.
