IXUP Ltd raised $4.08 million before costs from a Pro-Rata Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer, with Cygnet Capital underwriting the $2.73 million shortfall. The company also converted $2.75 million of convertible notes into equity, strengthening its balance sheet and aiming to deploy the capital in high-growth business divisions utilizing its secure data collaboration technology.
