iX Biopharma Adjusts Convertible Bonds Terms

iX Biopharma Ltd. (SG:42C) has released an update.

iX Biopharma Ltd. has announced adjustments to the conversion price of their S$2,000,000 convertible bonds, following their recent rights issue. The conversion price for converting bonds to new ordinary shares has been lowered from S$0.1337 to S$0.1200 per share, and the minimum conversion price has been adjusted from S$0.0819 to S$0.0700 per share. These changes are meant to reflect the rights cum warrants issue and are calculated based on a specific formula outlined in the Bond Subscription Agreement.
