IX Acquisition Corp. Announces Strategic Merger with AERKOMM

IX Acquisition Corp. Class A (IXAQ) has provided an announcement.

IX Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company, is set to merge with AERKOMM Inc., a Nevada corporation specializing in satellite communication technology. The merger will take place following IX Acquisition Corp.’s relocation and domestication as a Delaware corporation. The deal, which has been unanimously approved by the parent company’s Board of Directors, is contingent upon shareholder approval and other customary closing conditions. Post-merger, the combined entity will be rebranded as “AKOM Inc.” and promises to deliver enhanced satellite broadband connectivity. This strategic move is expected to significantly bolster their market position and offerings in the carrier-neutral infrastructure space.
