Integrated Wind Solutions AS’s subsidiary, IWS Fleet AS, has finalized a EUR 186.9 million green loan to finance its fleet of Commissioning Service Operation Vessels, with terms improved from a previous EUR 118.65 million facility. The loan, supported by European Union’s InvestEU Fund, will finance three vessels scheduled for delivery between Q4 2024 and H1 2025. The company highlights the strengthened financial position and the removal of prior financial covenants and parent company guarantees.
