IWG plc successfully held its Annual General Meeting, with all resolutions passed by the shareholders as determined by poll vote. The meeting saw a strong shareholder turnout, with over 73% of share capital voted on a range of ordinary and special resolutions. The outcomes of the meeting, including proxy votes, are now available for inspection in the National Storage Mechanism.
