IVE Group Director Bolsters Shareholding

IVE Group Ltd. (AU:IGL) has released an update.

James Todd, a director at IVE Group Ltd, has increased his indirect stake in the company through an on-market purchase of 25,000 ordinary shares at $2.16 each. The shares are held by Tamkin Pty. Ltd., as trustee for both the Tamkin Trust and the Tamkin Superannuation Fund, with Todd being a shareholder and beneficiary. Following the acquisition, Todd’s total indirect shareholding in IVE Group Ltd now amounts to 147,336 ordinary shares.
