ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has successfully concluded its cash tender offer for €240 million of its €600 million 1.375% notes due September 2026, with a final acceptance amount set after a scaling factor of 75.90% was applied to the tenders received by the expiration deadline. The remaining notes will total €360 million post-settlement, which is expected to occur on 19 June 2024, subject to certain conditions. Barclays Bank PLC and NatWest Markets Plc have managed the offer, with Kroll Issuer Services Limited serving as the tender agent.
