ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has announced the provisional outcomes of its cash tender offer, aiming to repurchase part of its €600 million notes due in September 2026. As of the expiration deadline, offers for €316.3 million in notes were submitted, with the company expecting to accept around €240 million of these on a pro rata basis. The final acceptance of offers is contingent on certain conditions being met, with a settlement date anticipated for 19 June 2024.
