ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has reported the purchase of 343,599 of its own ordinary shares at prices between 78.55 to 79.00 pence each, as part of its share buyback program that was announced on March 7, 2024, and approved by shareholders. With this latest transaction, ITV holds over 102 million shares in treasury, impacting the total number of voting rights in the company. Since the buyback program began, ITV has repurchased over 111 million shares at an average price of 75.68 pence per share.
