ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has repurchased 2,208,885 of its ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 75.58 pence per share, part of a buyback program announced on March 7, 2024. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 57,185,494. The company’s total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, now stands at 3,995,223,700, with the same number of voting rights.
