ITV plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 439,287 of its own shares on June 6, 2024, at prices ranging between 78.35 and 78.95 pence per share, averaging at 78.66 pence. The company has accumulated 47,297,486 shares in treasury since the program began, impacting the total voting rights which now stand at 4,005,111,708. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury, affecting the total number of voting rights available to shareholders.
