ITV plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 1,602,335 of its ordinary shares on June 13, 2024, at prices ranging from 75.60 to 77.90 pence, averaging 76.72 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, with ITV holding a total of 54,976,609 treasury shares post-transaction. This buyback is part of a larger program announced on March 7, 2024, with ITV having acquired over 54 million shares at an average price of 73.12 pence since the program’s inception.
