ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 4,094 of its own shares at prices ranging between 79.95 to 80 pence per share, with the transaction taking place on July 1, 2024. The company intends to hold these shares in treasury, and following the buyback, ITV now holds 63,659,737 treasury shares, with the total voting rights in the company standing at 3,988,749,457. Since the start of the buyback program in March 2024, ITV has acquired 72,159,737 shares at an average price of 73.49 pence each.
