ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has announced the completion of a share buyback transaction, acquiring 1,913,502 of its ordinary shares through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 77.35 to 78.95 pence, averaging at 78.12 pence per share, and will be held in treasury. This buyback is part of a program initiated on 7 March 2024, under which the company has so far repurchased shares at an average price of 73.02 pence each.
