ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has announced the repurchase of 1,580,082 of its own shares on June 19, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier on March 7, 2024. Carried out through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, the shares were bought back at prices ranging from 75.70 to 76.55 pence, with the intention of holding them in treasury. Following this transaction, ITV plc’s total number of voting rights stands at 3,989,966,681.
