ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has confirmed the purchase of 1,772,385 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 77.05 pence to 78.90 pence, with an average price of 77.81 pence per share. These shares are now held in treasury, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 51,460,772. The repurchases are part of ITV’s share buyback initiative, which has amassed shares at an average price of 72.86 pence since its announcement on March 7, 2024.
