ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 1,098,931 of its own ordinary shares on September 5, 2024, as per the plan announced on March 7, 2024. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 78.60 to 80.85 pence, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 79.76 pence per share. Post transaction, ITV’s total shares in treasury have reached 113,412,676, while the total number of voting rights stands at 3,938,996,518.
