ITV plc has successfully executed a share buyback on June 20, 2024, purchasing 1,213,130 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 75.70 to 77.15 pence, with a volume-weighted average of 76.54 pence per share. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, with ITV now possessing 63,655,643 treasury shares and a total of 3,988,753,551 voting rights remaining in the company. This move is part of a larger share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024, where ITV has so far repurchased over 72 million shares.
