Ithacan Energy PLC has announced the grant of a nil-cost option for 102,553 ordinary shares to its CFO and interim CEO, Iain Lewis, under the company’s Deferred Share Bonus Plan, set to vest on the third anniversary of the grant. The award is part of the company’s incentive program in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation. This move reflects the company’s strategy to align the interests of its management with those of its shareholders.
