Ithaca Energy PLC has successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2024, with all proposed resolutions passing by substantial majorities. Key resolutions included the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors, the authorization of the Audit and Risk Committee to set auditor remuneration, and the approval of the Directors’ Remuneration Report. Shareholders also voted to re-elect several directors, demonstrating confidence in the existing leadership.
