Amid a period of increasing prices and demand for these metals, the company plans to leverage the acquisition to strengthen its portfolio while continuing to advance its primary Lacroma Graphite Project. The move comes as iTech strategically utilizes a scheduled downtime in South Australia to ramp up exploration in the resource-rich Northern Territory.
