Itafos Holds Successful 2024 Shareholders Meeting

Itafos (TSE:IFOS) has released an update.

Itafos Inc. successfully conducted its 2024 Annual General Meeting, re-electing six incumbent directors and bidding farewell to Elena Viyella de Paliza, who did not stand for re-election. Shareholders ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company’s auditor and approved amendments to Itafos’ equity compensation plans, fixing the maximum number of shares at 20% of the issued and outstanding shares. Itafos, a Delaware-based phosphate and specialty fertilizer company, operates several projects globally and trades under the ticker symbol ‘IFOS’ on the TSX-V.
