Wesley T. Pollard and Joseph A. Staples are set to join the board of Issuer Direct Corporation on July 1, 2024, bringing valuable experience from their respective finance and marketing backgrounds. Pollard, with thirty years in finance, will also serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees, while marketing veteran Staples will chair the Compensation Committee. Both will receive annual compensation and restricted stock units that vest in 2025. Their appointments coincide with the reconstitution of the Board’s Audit and Compensation Committees, ensuring a majority of independent directors and financial expertise.
