iSpecimen Director Resigns Amid Key Shareholder Decisions

iSpecimen Inc. announced that director Andrew L. Ross will resign from his position on July 25, 2024, with no disagreements cited as the reason for his departure. At their recent Annual Meeting, shareholders elected two Class III directors and approved a reverse stock split at the Board’s discretion, within a 1-for-10 to 1-for-20 range. Additionally, the appointment of Wolf & Company, P.C. as the independent accounting firm for the year was ratified, reflecting active and decisive shareholder participation in the company’s governance and future direction.
