IsoEnergy Plans Anfield Acquisition and Ownership Shift

IsoEnergy (TSE:ISO) has released an update.

IsoEnergy is preparing for a special shareholder meeting to approve the acquisition of Anfield Energy, which will result in Anfield becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of IsoEnergy. The acquisition will alter the ownership structure, with IsoEnergy shareholders expected to own about 83.8% of the company and Anfield shareholders holding around 16.2%.
