ISEC Healthcare Ltd held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at Hotel Royal in Singapore, where shareholders voted on key resolutions, including the Proposed Acquisition, using a wireless handheld device for poll voting. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Chong Weng Hoe, confirmed a quorum and proceeded without any pre-submitted questions from shareholders.
