ISDN Holdings Limited has successfully issued over 2.5 million new shares under its Scrip Dividend Scheme, expanding its issued share capital to 448,590,125 shares. The new shares, distributed to both Singapore and Hong Kong shareholders, will be on par with existing shares, excluding participation in dividends declared before August 23, 2024. These shares are set to be listed on their respective stock exchanges on or around August 26, 2024.
