ISDN Holdings Limited has announced the issue price for new shares under its Scrip Dividend Scheme, set at S$0.275 for Singapore shareholders and HK$1.592 for Hong Kong shareholders, which is a discount of approximately 9.2% based on recent trading prices. Shareholders have the option to receive these new shares instead of cash for the dividend declared for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. The entitlements to the dividend will be determined based on shares held as of the closing of the books on July 8, 2024.
