ISDN Holdings Limited has announced the upcoming retirement of Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Lim Siang Kai and Mr. Soh Beng Keng at the next annual general meeting scheduled for April 30, 2024. Both directors will also step down from their respective board committee positions at the conclusion of the meeting. This marks a significant change in the company’s board composition and leadership.
