Irving Resources Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising $1.096 million through the issuance of 2.74 million units at $0.40 each. Each unit includes one common share and a half warrant, allowing the holder to purchase additional shares at $0.55 within three years. The funds raised will bolster Irving’s exploration efforts, focusing on gold in Japan.
