Iron Road Ltd has announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 General Meeting, including the critical approval of the cancellation and re-issue of 40 million warrants to Macquarie. The decisions, made via polling with overwhelming support from voting members, also included the issuance of performance rights to key executives Larry Ingle and Glen Chipman.
