Iron Road Ltd has partnered with Northern Water to facilitate the development of a desalination plant and associated infrastructure at the Cape Hardy Industrial Port Precinct, with private and government sectors contributing up to $230 million for the project. The agreement includes the sale of land and easements to Northern Water, bolstering South Australia’s State Prosperity Project and providing Iron Road with strategic benefits for its Central Eyre Iron Project and Amp Energy’s green hydrogen initiatives.
