Andre Maciel, a distinguished finance executive with global experience, was elected as a new director of a notable company, effective July 22, 2024. With a history at The Kraft Heinz Company and previous roles at AB InBev and McKinsey, Maciel’s expertise spans finance, auditing, and digital transformation. He will also join the Audit and Risk and Safety Committees and, in line with the existing compensation plan for non-employee directors, will receive prorated restricted stock units that vest immediately.
