iRobot (IRBT) has issued an announcement.
Michael Loparco has been appointed as a Class I director to the iRobot Corporation’s Board of Directors, as announced on August 12, 2024. He will also serve on the compensation and talent committee and receive a proportion of the annual restricted stock units, which will vest after a year. Loparco’s appointment follows standard company policies without any undisclosed material interests, and updates about the Board’s composition will be available on the company’s website and SEC filings.
