Clodagh Moreland, closely associated with Executive Director Eamonn Rothwell of Irish Continental Group plc, has acquired a substantial number of shares through an off-market transfer from her spouse. The transaction involved the acquisition of 9,435,790 shares at no cost on May 15, 2024, taking place in Dublin, Ireland.
