Irish Continental Group plc has announced a significant change in share ownership, as Eamonn Rothwell and Rokeby Investments Limited have crossed the 18.92% threshold of voting rights on May 17, 2024. This notification, which also details the control structure behind the voting rights, marks an increase from the previously reported 13.18% stake.
