Irish Continental Group plc has disclosed an off-market transfer of shares involving Clodagh Moreland, closely associated with Executive Director Eamonn Rothwell. A total of 9,435,790 shares were transferred at no cost on the 17th of May 2024, with the transaction taking place in Dublin, Ireland.
